Accession The construction is simple and the construction period is short.
1. Construction can not be carried out under 0 ℃ or in rain, and it is not suitable to construct in particularly humid and airless environment, otherwise the film-forming effect will be affected.
2. The leveling layer shall have adhesion with the concrete substrate. (it is suggested that the cement mortar with primer should be added with multi-functional adhesive primer to enhance the bond strength)
3. Lime is not allowed to be added into the construction slurry for the protective layer of water proofing surface.
4. Under no circumstances can fan or similar tools be used to shorten the drying time.
5. After the application of super resistant flexible waterproof slurry, it shall be protected from rain, hot sunshine and frost for at least 48 hours.
6. After the waterproof layer is completely dry, other covering layers can be made.
7. During the intermission or end of construction, all tools and work clothes with coating should be cleaned with water in time, otherwise it is difficult to clean up after the paint is dry and solid.
8. Liquid materials should be stored in a cool place at 5-40 ℃, and powder materials should be stored in a dry place. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.
9. After the completion of waterproof construction, all parts of the project shall be carefully inspected, and the coating waterproof layer shall be free of cracks, peeling, blistering, wrinkling and flowing. The thickness meets the design requirements, and the real sample can be cut and tested with caliper.
10. Water storage test: it must be carried out after the coating is dried and solidified, generally more than 48 hours. It is not ventilated and the drying time is slightly longer in humid environment. After the completion of water-proof toilet bathroom, water storage for 24 hours without leakage is qualified. After the roof waterproof is completed, the drainage system shall be unobstructed, and it is qualified if there is no leakage. (the test shall be carried out after rain or continuous watering for more than 2 hours, and 24-hour water storage test shall be conducted if conditions permit. )
