Product application

Base surface treatment: ensure that the base surface is clean, and there is no oil stain and foreign matter left. For the powdered or spalling wall, clean the dust and peeling part until the wall is firm, and fill and level the cracks or joints.

Coloring: first use a knife to evenly and thinly batch the paint to the wall surface, which should not be too thick;

Rasping: after the first layer is completely dry, batch two layers, and scrape the coarse sand in the coating with a scraper when the second layer is 50% dry, so that the coarse sand can get more sand lines on its surface;

Calendering: after the coating surface is dry, use stainless steel cutter for proper flattening and polishing.

Maintenance: two days after construction (air temperature > 25 ℃, humidity < 85%), spray water with wool roller once or twice, so as to make the effect more solid.

Overlay: roll coating or spraying mineral coating waterproof agent on the surface after maintenance to make it more firm.

The moisture content of the base surface is ≤ 8%, the construction temperature is ≥ 5 ℃, and the air humidity is required to be less than 85%.
